I met with Andrew about some tenant landlord questions. He went over the leases and other documents and gave me a detailed explanation of whether they were within the CA law. I was there about 30 minutes with some questions. He gave me the best price for his time and knowledge. All of my questions were answered and I really appreciate the help and information I was given. Charles Palmer deserves a zero. My father appointed my sister and I as co-executor's to his estate. Charles was very unprofessional as he sided with my sister on most estate matters. I now have a good and fair attorney. Estate matters are now being handled in a prompt matter. Charles has still to reimburse the remaining deposit he was given to handle my father's estate. Andre earl was my lawyer He is litterally the best lawyer he genuinely seems like he cares about his clients and wants nothing but the best for them. I highly recommend him he got the evidence suppressed he faught hard for me and got all my charges dismissed he made the police officer that testified against me look like a fool he pointed out all the wrongs in the police report and the judge dismissed my case. He is a great guy. And works hard for his clients and definitely got me out of some serious trouble .
