Llegas a este lugar y solo hay indicaciones y si llamas una contestadora y pasaron días y nadie respondió hasta el día de hoy , no un mensaje de recibí su correo electrónico o mensaje de voz. O no tenemos dinero o lo que sea .... No existimos. Es una pena.

I would highly recommend not using this company/service. I'm in the process of an amicable divorce and was just asking probing questions, as to what expectations are, so and so forth. She was on speaker phone judging by the quality of the sound and simply said "I'm sorry sir, I have to go" and hung up on me.

I would give zero stars if I could. My family of five — including three daughters (one a newborn), our service dog, and our cat — has been left on the streets because of the complete incompetence and lack of effort from this organization and our attorney, Douglas Hamilton. At first, we had a wonderful lawyer named Howard who was professional and genuinely tried to help us. But once our case was handed to Douglas Hamilton, everything went downhill. He was unprepared, unresponsive, and showed no initiative to actually fight for us. Instead of offering help or strategy, he told us to "prepare to move out." Despite having an active ERAP application filed with the state, he took no action to protect us or our rights. My wife managed to make more progress speaking directly with the landlord and their attorney than Douglas ever did. Because of his lack of effort, our case was closed in the landlord’s favor, and we’re now being forced out of our home with less than ten days to move. We have no support system here, and Colorado Legal Services has completely failed us. If your home or family’s well-being depends on them — don’t count on Douglas Hamilton or Colorado Legal Services. They couldn’t have failed us more.

I met with a Paralegal who was extremely helpful with all my concerns. She provided me with numerous resources. It was an easy intake process, the ladies at the front desk were helpful also.
