This firm really helped me out a lot when I was served for a past Credit Card. Their communication is phenomenal. If they can't reach you via phone/vmail, they will reach out via email. I know a lot of companies do this, but they follow-up. They NEVER leave you guessing about their case bc they will communicate very thoroughly in a way that ensures you will not have to pay excessive fees like other firms do.
