My wife and I just purchased our first home, and I could not be more grateful to have done so with the help of Doris Lumpkin and the rest of the Crane team. Doris was amazing every step of the way. Because of our family situation we had some very specific needs when searching for a house which limited our search in some ways. Doris did a fantastic job of finding properties that matched what we were looking for, and she was always available to show us places that we were interested in (on the off chance that she couldn't make a showing, Andrew and Aaron were always there and were extremely helpful). Doris was also an invaluable resource for ideas on how to make a house suit our needs, and she was always straightforward and honest with us, which made us feel like she had our best interests in mind at all times. Being first time home buyers, we were pretty naive about everything going into our search, and Doris was always extremely patient in explaining every step of the process to us. She not only walked us through the process, but she also put us in touch with our mortgage broker, multiple insurance agents, inspectors, contractors, and several other service providers. She made the entire process easy for us and much less stressful than it could've been. She was also great about negotiating on our behalf. When we got to the closing table the title agent was surprised at the concessions that Doris was able to negotiate and the loan terms that we were receiving. As long as I'm in New Orleans, I'll never work with another agent or brokerage. I recommend Doris and the rest of the Crane team the strongest possible terms!

Doris is AMAZING!!! I was a first time home buyer and she made the experience so easy and fun! She’s very honest, patient, and experienced. I would recommend her to everyone! She also works closely with a Lender, Tony at Premier Lending which is also helpful. I also found everyone at Tommy Crane to be very helpful and liked how they work as a team. Doris and everyone else at Crane were amazing. Professional, thorough, dedicated, and personal, they sold our house for above what we were expecting and made the entire process a joy to go through. They answered every questions, gave great recommendations, and followed through with every detail, easily handling every inevitable hurdle, that naturally goes along with selling a house. We have the highest regards for Doris for all her help in trying to find my husband and I the perfect home to raise a family together in. Doris worked hard with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted/could afford as well as prepared us for whatever came our way. Every step of the process was verbalized to us and Doris made sure no surprises came our way. We never had trouble getting in touch and Doris always promptly answered every question we had no matter the time of day. Could not have had a better experience and she made it seem so easy.
