Justin and Ed were Great! Their communication style was very effective. They always kept my clients and myself updated on what was going on throughout the entire process through conference calls and group text messages. This was a three year long fight, but they hung in there. Justin was in and out of court also sitting through arbitrations fighting for my clients. The Real Estate transaction began during the onset of Covid-19 with tenants occupying the property. In the beginning the tenants agreed to move prior to closing but when Covid-19 cases begin to skyrocket, they took advantage of the eviction moratorium and lived rent-free for an entire year. This is when the nightmare began. The Listing agent was the agent from _ell he tried everything he could to stop the sale that he accepted. He tried to cancel it, he relisted it on the MLS, he even had it in escrow at the same time we were in escrow. Now enough is enough that's when we called in Justin and Ed (Batman & Robin) and like always they saved the day. Justin was very quiet I would say he was straight to the bottom line, when things started getting a little rough Ed would explain why this and that was happening and Justin was like the quiet Storm. Just when I thought the property was slipping away, then Boom here comes Justin laying down the Law... literally. I can't recommend Culver Law Group Enough. They did an amazing job!
