I would rate 0 stars if possible. Completely negative experience. Mr Wilson and his staff demonstrated a complete lack of client communication: Ignoring and not responding to phone calls and emails for weeks. Billing errors as well. Overall very unprofessional. He was unable to resolve our case due to these issues and we were forced to fire him and hire another firm.

Just came from there with a client of mine. We had an appointment with Mr. Wilson unfortunately we did not know it their was a charge for consultation & the client didn’t want to pay for it, so we did not get meet with Mr.Wislon. Which this is not the problem. As we walked up to the office, one of the ladies there (not the receptionist, the receptionist was very kind and sweet). The lady either must have been an associate of Mr.Wilson, another employee or something... The Way she treated me and my client. She opened the door slightly and handed me the clip board to fill in our info. She made us feel like we did not belong there and kind of rushed us off.. We left that office in a bit of a shock honestly.. I deal with a lot of short sales and come across people who need probate help.. & I would never bring any future clients there, nor would I ever recommend them due to this unfortunate encounter..

Josh Wilson at Darling & Wilson Law firm is very professional. His specialty is trust and wills. He will save you tons of money on your estate planning if you see him before you think you need to. He will get that family trust set up correctly the first time. I highly recommend him.

Basically that firm robbed me of $5000 without a gun. Service agreement with this company it’s just a legal agreement they can use to steal your money. Reported their attorney, Jason Ekk to bar associates. Don’t hire this company save your money. Due your own research don’t rely on internet. P.S. Don’t let the one start full you. Only way to post.

I went for a consultation in the Visalia location and they assign for my case Jason elk on 11/21 until right now he is not responded my email and my call always Tania the reception answer the phone call and her answer is do you like to leave a message in tired with this I’m going to complain whit BB.

I had a terrible experience at this business and cannot recommend enough that you should go somewhere else. They did not communicate with me, they provided me inaccurate court documents, they made us go through probate even with a Will (that they created!) and the estate was not contested. Go anywhere else.

Had a family trust set up. Joshua Wilson explained everything in detail. He made the whole process easy.
