David is an excellent attorney. We found David from a very high end attorney that stated this was David’s wheelhouse and he is the best in the industry. David absolutely fulfilled our expectations and more. David has attention to detail, knows the laws, is extremely honest, and full of integrity as well as just a great guy! David made all a fun time and we truly hit it off over our joint love of coffee and many other things. I feel I gained a friend and not a attorney/vendor to assist us! If you do not use this man for your needs you are not making the right choice!

David helped us with our bankruptcy last year and helped us get a discharge. However, post-discharge, he has done nothing but ignore us since July! He was very responsive when we were paying him but now will not answer calls or emails. He understood our situation and that we were going to need guidance post-discharge for one creditor specifically but come to find out, he did not file correctly. We assumed we were all set with our case but David missed a crucial step for us that we only found out from another attorney. I DO NOT recommend David as he takes on more than he can handle. I would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional! I wish I chose an attorney with more knowledge about our specific situation than David led us to believe.

It was a very smooth experience! He cares about his clients and is very attentive, and personable! He made the process simple and streamlined for me, which is what I needed going through all the financial stress I was at the time! He explains everything in detail and nothing was missed he even caught some mistakes I made in the filing process! I want to share that David is the most ethical hard-working lawyer I have ever met when it comes to bankruptcy. He answered all my questions about a second time and after much discussion, he gave me time to really think about it to make sure I was doing the right thing for myself and my family. We decided not to go bankrupt but to Continue on and try to pay my bills as if it were a chapter 13 and it’s working out really well. David, even though I prepaid him for the bankruptcy after I decided not to do it. He gave me some of the money back after he was working on my case. Although I decided ultimately not to go bankrupt, I appreciate David’s advice is timely. Answers to my questions and even though I’ve done it one time before I just felt the second time was just too much for me. I want to say that creditors started working with me while David was on retainer and taking calls for me. Because of that made my decision easier. Personally David was OK with that thank you, David.
