Absolutely terrible service. I was referred to this firm through my employee benefits and eventually connected with James Lee. Initially James seemed helpful and responsive, but after that initial week it was absolute radio silence. No returned emails, phone calls or any type of update on my claim whatsoever. Would not recommend at all, look elsewhere.

Atempted legal assistance after multiple months of no contact in the firm I called someone else from the MetLife legal services. they would not assist me even though on MetLife it said they are able to help with small claims cases

A full service law firm with new lawyers hired. Previously an aging law firm but those partners have subsequently retired and more tech savvy staff can respond to online and telephone enquiries.

Attempted to get assistance with a real estate matter, but no timely return calls or email. Only after my own follow up did they inform me that they can't make enough $ under my legal coverage thru my job, to make it worth taking on my case... Would have been polite and respectful for them to have informed me of that right away.
