SSD is a very professional law firm that helped us with our immigration case. We were able to communicate with someone anytime we had questions and Harleen was highly responsive through email. Our case was organized well and processed quickly. I highly recommend their firm!

The lawyer of this firm was a pleasure to work with and did his job well. My green card was approved smoothly, without delay, and without an RFE. However, most of your interactions with this firm will be with the paralegals/assistants. The assistant that was assigned to my case made for a poor experience. She regularly forgot to contact me about updates to my case, notifying me very late about changes to appointments, and even forgot to tell me my greencard had arrived to their office. This caused over a week delay due to a failed delivery by USPS that she didn't inform me about. Additionally, when I tried to talk to her about some of these problems, she became unfriendly and defensive. I don't recommend this law firm if you want clear, timely communication from their staff.
