Total scam. A paperwork mill. No real law practiced here. I specifically asked during my free 15 minute consult if I would be able to speak to someone, as I had questions about items I wanted to include in my Articles of Organization. After they took payment though, I never heard from anyone again. I received a letter saying everything was filed and that was it. I should've just used legalzoom or sunshine corporate filings and saved myself a few hundred dollars.
