I was in a car accident that was not my fault and the guy who hit me didn’t have insurance. I was a nervous wreck and knew I needed help. Dilly law firm came to my rescue. They took charge, guided, assisted and assured me all along the way. They kept in touch by calling and texting me frequently and gave me good advice. They took care of all my bills and negotiated with the providers or I would not have ended up with anything. Crystal and the other employees were all very polite and helpful. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Dilly Law firm and would recommend them to anyone.

I tried to call and get a consultation. Well the woman who initially answered tried her hardest to turn give me legal advice in which she had no idea what she was talking about. How do I know she had no idea what she was talking about? She told me. She told me she could not help me because she did not have any legal expertise on top of their actual law firm not handling civil suits. I was confused and questioned why she tried to give me legal spill over matters she had no knowledge of. They may have good lawyers at this law firm but the operator being your first encounter, definite deterred me from this practice and pushed me to leaving this review.

I was involved in a Hit-and-Run accident from behind. My car was damaged and I sustained some injuries. My mother (who has used Douglas Dilley several times over the last 40 years) recommended I call the Dilley Law Firm. From day one, everyone that I dealt with, was always professional, courteous, and did not make me feel like I was just another number to them. I was always kept in the loop of where my case was throughout the whole process. Even when I had questions, they did not ever hesitate to respond. In the end my case was settled for more than I expected, even after all my medical bills, and other expenses were deducted, On many occasions I was speaking directly to Miguel Dilley. He was always very personable. I would not hesitate to hire them if another incident arose.I would also recommend them to anyone looking for a law firm, that is personable, professional, and willing to fight on your behalf.

Even with the COVID19 crisis, the lawyer and her assistant were working and everything came out good! I would recommend this law firm to EVERYONE around San Antonio.
