Mr. Christopher Tarnok has been a lifesaver. He is the utmost in professionalism, persistence, diligence and responsiveness. I can't praise him and his firm enough. They are a valuable asset to anyone having to navigate the complexities of NYC real estate. You are well taken care of with them as your counsel.

This was the worst experience in my life and here is why: 1. they unreasonably charged me in such cases as if someone was cc on the email, 2. my purchase contract was sitting with my lawyer for 2 weeks and my lawyer didn't get back to the other party's lawyer with any notes at all, 3) complained that I asked too many questions even though I was paying for it, 4) one of the partners called me up and screamed at me and then later billed me for that too, 5) the lawyer wasn't able to give me clear answers to my questions which clearly made me understand that she hasn't done her proper due diligence. Conclusion: I would stay away from this firm, as I almost lost my transaction given the fact that my lawyer was wasting time and just billing me. I got unreasonably billed for the poor service and if you don't want to have the same experience, than STAY AWAY!
