Ember Law came through for me with competence and kindness when I really needed it. Lesson learned: consult an attorney of this caliber at the first sign of insurance companies acting in bad faith. Three years ago I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. The insurers for both the car I was driving (which had Personal Injury Protection coverage) and for the at fault driver "misrepresented the truth" about the process to resolve my claim for medical bills. Although I have an advanced degree, and many years of experience in life (I am 69,) I did not realize the extent to which I had been misled until a few days before the Statute of Limitations expired. In my last minute search I had the great good luck of being referred to Ember Law.  In our initial phone call Leah efficiently took detailed information and agreed to take the case.  Leah explained how I had been misled, and demonstrated detailed knowledge of the process for both the PIP claim, and the liability claim. She has two similar cases in litigation at this time. Fortunately, the same day, the at fault driver's insurance settled with me (they had made no previous offer.)  So although I did not need to use Ember Law's services, I gained a lot of knowledge, and peace of mind. Had I known about Ember Law and consulted with them when I first began to see red flags, I would have experienced a great deal less stress, and a better outcome.  After settling my case, another attorney confirmed Leah's outstanding capabilities.
