We went in to Mimi's office for some help trying to recover past due child support as well as a shot at getting my wife's ex to help pay for secondary education. Rachael did an amazing job assisting Mimi. My disappointment come at the last of the 3 court dates we had. After seeing my wife's ex and her spouse for court appearance 1 and 2, we decided to have Mimi go to court and have my wife call in over speaker phone. We thought we would get a call from Mimi before hand but never did. She sent a few text messages before court began and that was it. She did a nice job in court and was expecting to get a call or text message afterwards to conclude the case. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. After a few weeks went by, I personally emailed Mimi asking her to call my wife. She apologized and said that she will call soon. She never did call my wife so I then emailed Mimi again telling her that we are confused why she never called after court. I felt like my email to Mimi was like begging her to call my wife. A day or 2 later, instead or Mimi calling my wife she called her assistant to schedule a conference call ! Mimi wanted to get paid for something she should have done on the last day of Court ! All we wanted was a call from Mimi to get some guidance on were to go from this point forward and to know what to expect. We never got a thank you from her or anything because she never talked to us again after the court date ! I was so happy with her services until the last court date. I wanted to refer Mimi to alot of other people and I felt that I had one of the best lawyers until the spoiler at the end. Mimi's excuse why she didn't call was because she had to turn to another case right away. I don't think this is a valid excuse because we paid for her to be in court that day. Our case was on her agenda for that day and I feel like she should have given us the time of day. I am just forewarning anyone out there that if you decide to use Mimi, be prep-aired to all the sudden not here from her . Spending 10 K for her services should have warranted more of her attention to our concerns.

She literally gave herself 5 stars. This might well be a first on reviews, and rather pathetic and low brow. I’ve found her to be manipulative

Funny how one of the 5 star reviews on this list is Mimi's OWN REVIEW OF HERSELF. That is how terrible this office is- unprofessional, cheating, lying, biased, don't go near here!
