Based on my experience, I would advise caution when dealing with this company. I believe their practices around credit/financing are not clearly disclosed, and customers may be drawn into agreements without fully understanding what they are committing to. I felt misled and unsupported when concerns were raised afterward. Transparency and ethical business practices are extremely important, especially when financial obligations are involved. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I was talking to Susie G, before I was talking to someone else and phone connection was very bad. I think this company needs to invest a little bit of money and buy better phones.

Somehow more unethical than the pieces of work who were handling the settlement prior to Epiq taking it over. They maintain zero communication with any of their claimants regarding progress made in their cases. Best case scenario- these people are just simply incapable. Worst case scenario- they are knowingly and unethically drawing out cases involving human health and safety in order to maximize their own profits, putting tens-of-thousands of lives at risk. Either way, I'd probably choose someone else.

The people at the shipping dock were very nice and helpful. The only problem is. The dock is super tight. If you have a Semi with a sleeper and a 53' trailer ? This is a very challenging spot to dock. You can go all the way around the building. After you leave, but make sure. That you come in the most Southern driveway to setup backing in. Facing the building from the street . It will be the driveway on the right side of the building

Company does NOT throughly research or process class action claims. Communication is non existent. Claimants are treated as low priority. Company lacks ethics and is clearly only concerned with the money they make off these.

I delivered 2 pieces here both in the front office and in the mail room. It seems like a good legal services company with a large staff and knowledgeable people.

They treat the employees like a number, not a person. Unfair business traditions. This company will never recieve a 5 star from anyone.

If you have been clinically diagnosed as a sociopath this is the place for you! I was never so happy to quit a job in my life.
