Estate Details - Estate Sales

Over the last couple of years I have looked to Estate Details to be my primary auction site due to the variety of their auctions and how they go beyond expectations when dealing with the staff of Estate Details in person or via phone. Estate Details really does their very best to accommodate the client whenever possible. They have made sure I was able to receive my merchandise whether I am picking it up at the auction site, their warehouse location or even via delivery methods. Estate Details took time to provide me the rules of the road in bidding at auctions and they take such great care of all the items they deal with in every auction, All the merchandise I have received have been clean, intact and as advertised in their description of the items in their auction catalogue. I appreciate the staff and their processes so much it makes it easy to participate, exciting to bid and wonderful to collect the items I have won at their auctions. Give them a try I am sure you will agree, they are unique, honest and truly care their clients are getting the best their auctions can provide.

We had several items we needed to clear out of our home. Estate Details turned out to be a great solution by using their "Consignment Services". All we had to do was take them to their office after arranging a drop off time with them. We could either pick up the unsold items or they would take care of them. After a couple of weeks we received a check for the sales. All interactions were friendly and professionally done. We will be using them again.

I love going to Estate Sales! They have a variety of items and furniture in their store. I have shopped in their business for years. I found my favorite piece of furniture at their business. My sister found the perfect bed at a great price. They are very helpful and courteous. Love this place!

Nice people to work with, straightforward and honest. Helpful, if your not sure, just ask, their always willing to help answer your questions. They usually have several Auctions running at same time, each of which has a good description of its make up, such as estate sale, clearance/returns merchandise, or consignments, and other important info such as dates, times, location, and anything you'll need to be aware of. Their site is easy to navigate, accounts are easy to setup, and Auctions are easy to browse as they provide good quality pictures and notes that provide a clear idea of what you would be bidding on. Overall, Estate Details is a awsome resource to find things at big savings or are otherwise hard to find. We're lucky to have it locally. If your looking to sell things, whether it be one item or an estate, they offer that service as well and would welcome any question you have in that case. Like I said at the beginning, everyone I've come into contact with, in the office, in warehouse, or at the auction sites, are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you happy doing business with them. They make the whole experience fun.

Overall, I have had very positive experiences purchasing from Estate Details. Their staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Local and white glove delivery options are fabulous options to have. The only reason why I docked one star from a five star rating is their website- it regularly glitches on me, which makes it difficult to browse auctions.
