I am a local financial planner, and I have been extremely impressed with the work The Estate Planning Group has done for many of Financial Planning Hawaii and Fee-Only Planning Hawaii's clients. While some estate planning attorneys take months or even years to complete their work and often don't respond to calls or emails, Michelle and her team are extremely responsive. I have worked with scores of estate planning attorneys across the U.S. In my professional experience, Estate Planning Group is elite in their field.

Initially, I was impressed with Dean Park’s youtube presentation and recommended EPG to my client/friend; however, Dean Park quickly showed his bullying, combative, hostile nature with his email to me stating: "…I do not believe you should be advising him on the legal aspects of estate planning and conveyancing issues as this could be interpreted as the unauthorized practice of law." Huh! I recommended my client turned friend to EPG. Now, Dean Park is stating how he interpreted my questions as unauthorized practice of law. 😂🤣 My client/friend does not know what he does not know so I ask the questions. Simply put, if the information is missing my client/friend can either pay or change counsel. Being the principal I am shocked that Dean Park was clearly unable to articulate himself, instead he goes into attack. Very hostile. It is the perception of the receiver. My two attorneys are Rowen Young, Esq. and Richard Sakoda, Esq. perhaps you would consider using either if you have questions and concerns. They are top notch. I was hoping to add Dean Park to my list of attorneys, but I NO longer would even consider recommending Dean Park when people ask for an estate planning attorney recommendation based on the above email excerpt he sent to me. There is so much more but posting his entire email to me would be too much information. I am so glad that I had this awful experience with EPG since another person today just asked me for a recommendation. My recommendation today is Rowen Young, Esq. and Richard Sakoda, Esq. They are my two estate planning attorneys that can articulate themselves.

Dean Park did a presentation at my dad's place of employment- the Audio Visual Company. My dad ended up working with Dean for estate planning. Dean was very easy to work with and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Convenient location as well. Ron H. from Mililani thanks you!
