Great professional and friendly staff. Every question I had was knowledgeably explained through simple and easy to understand language. Jody is exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to. I came in with my father to get a will wrote for him and Jody’s professionalism and kind demeanor caused us to feel comfortable and secure in our decision to come here. The flat rate bundle of the living will, power of attorney, and the final will is well priced ($500) and a quick process. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time and walked away feeling that I had made the right choice for my family in choosing Evergreen Family Law Group for this process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to do estate planning in the future and when the time comes I will come back to Evergreen Family Law Group and Jody to draft my own will. I literally can’t say enough nice things about Dustin and this firm! I found his office as I was going through a bad divorce, and he was an absolute lifesaver in a very bad situation. Gave the best down-to-earth advice, was always prompt with his replies and work, and always made time for my case, even when it was last minute and not scheduled on my end. I was a wreck throughout the whole divorce process, but Dustin's professionalism, expert advice, and easy to follow instructions kept me on track. It may sound silly, but he even remembered my dogs name (a year into the proceedings when she wasn't named in the court documents), which just shows his compassion for my situation and his dedication to my case. His fees are also very reasonable, and he even worked with me on paying my final bill because he wanted me to have the best financial shot at qualifying to assume my mortgage post-divorce. His office manager, Gabriela, was also always on top of things, processed everything extremely quickly, and was always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve delt with a lot of lawyers in the past, and Dustin is by far the best. Hopefully, I’ll never be in need of his services again, but if I am, he will be my very first call. I can't thank him enough!

When I called the office after an online inquiry and Gabriela answered my call, I knew I was in good hands. She knew about my case before I even explained the situation. I count myself lucky to have found Evergreen Family Law Group. I met with Dustin and was immediately set at ease. He clearly had done his research. He had action steps for me. I was able to create a list of what I needed to do, when before I was lost in how to deal with my upcoming custody case. He set realistic expectations for me, but also was able to achieve my desired outcome! Dustin was supportive throughout the whole process and kept me informed each step of the way, which was a relief to me as I didn’t know what the court process for a Parenting Plan modification would be. If anything comes up in the future with this matter, I will go to Dustin right away. His fees were reasonable. It was worth every penny for his counsel.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to get set up with a consultation and was met with a very short response from the person on the phone as well as very abrasive questions. Told me my case number was wrong (despite me having it sitting right in front of me) got abrasive questions about my attempts to find a mediator, and told mediation is required (something I am aware of) and then told, "So what do you want to do? you have a hearing coming up but you've done nothing since you filed." despite me explaining that were at a standstill because of the other party refusing to sign paperwork for final orders, and that i need help getting mediators if that's what is required.
