I came to Lisa and was a complete mess. She had explained to me how everything would go and answered ALL of my question and concerns in detail. She was so polite and listened to me. THIS IS A RESPONSE TO VICTORIA VALDEZ COMMENT AS I AM UNABLE TO RESPOND. Victoria, you hired our services on 02/07/2022 to Amend the original case YOU filed (in 2016) and YOU included errors we had to address, including an incorrect proof of service form. You DID give me your Thrift Savings Plan documents which were needed for me to write the Marital agreement. I never indicated I didn't have them. In fact, I still have them in your file. Of course you paid for our services ($675 up front to correct the documents you filed. Another $675 for us to complete the divorce case.) However, you never contacted our office to sign and finalize everything because you and Jolen were not able to agree to terms on dividing community property. I did our job and it is unfortunate you feel differently. Going through a divorce process is frustrating and can be difficult. As our invoice states, you have to maintain communication with us. Otherwise, your case will be closed for lack of action or no contact from you after 60 days. On 10/19/2022 you asked me to wait on you to see if your husband was going to waive his rights to your retirement. You have not contacted our office since. Your comment is not forthcoming and lacks legitimacy. Our office made two attempts to contact you after 10/19/2022. You didn't return our calls. Yet, you posted a negative comment 9 months later about our services of which is based on your lack of communication and contacting our office. You have not contacted us in 10 months. I welcome you to call our office so we may address this matter one on one; instead of posting a negative comment which is not fair on our end. We look forward hearing back from you to resolve this matter. Lisa
