Fields Legal Services- Process Servers

Avoid this provider. This was the worst business interaction I’ve ever experienced. They agreed to a late-evening service, accepted full payment upfront, and then showed up outside the agreed-upon time window. After that, they complained about the very schedule they had approved, stopped responding to all communication, and refused to complete the service. I never received a service report, a refund, or any explanation — they simply disappeared. Highly unprofessional.

At first I was very hesitant, I had never used a private process server before. After calling around and speaking to about 20 different people I decided to go through with Monica. I met up with her she was super friendly and personable! Very affordable as well! I gave her the documents at 3:30pm that needed to be served and she served the person that same day successfully at 8:00pm! She kept in contact with me during the process and informed me when the person had been served! She made this process so easy and stress free (as stress free as possible for these situations). I called on a Saturday to serve legal documents that could not wait. I was able to reach someone by phone on the first call. Monica said she could do it the same day and let me know what time frame she was available as I only had a short window to have documents served. We coordinated a time and she arrived a few minutes early. I was able to pay with cc through website and everything about the experience was very professional. I felt reassured about having Order of protection served through Fields Legal Services from the moment I made contact with them. Monica Text me as soon as it was done and sent me a deceleration of service immediately through email. I have never had to use a process server and thought I would have to call the police to have it done. Monica was very discreet and waited next to my home outside and did not stand out. She waited on the sidewalk not even in car and did not stand out. Everything about the service made me feel safe. She charged 85 plus a few dollars using paypal to have order served. I will recommend this company to everyone who may need services.
