We have used Mr. Fischer and Mr. Manno on several occasions. They are very professional and care about their clients. Always on the ball returning calls and always answering any question you may have. This law firm will fight for you and will always have your best interest at heart. We were never in the dark on what was going on. We were always told what to expect and what steps had to be taken. We were very pleased of the out come in every situation that we had with them. Not professional, probably from incompetent people, extremely greedy, if you take it to trial and they win, they want a lawyer's fee from the worker comp insurance company, wants 20% of everything thing, including weekly benefits, depending on your pay schedule, and 20% of everything in your settlement, which may be legal, probably except for medical expenses, serious lack of communication and integrity, can't even honestly return phone calls like they say they would, lied about 1 case, but he said he will keep me up date, took 5 months to get in contact, so he's a major hypocrite and associates too. Best advice search around for different lawyer's read and negotiate your contract right then and there, and find one that you don't have to pay until they win.

I had them on a workingman's comp case the staff were very nice and professional but the attorney were terrible he did not fight for me on my case he did help me workingman comp gonna pay 60 percent anyway of my behalf and that what they did I got messed out of all I had coming from them
