Stewart Forbes was appointed temporary DEPENDENT administrator to the estate of my mother’s late husband. It is my understanding that he MUST have a judges approval on any decisions made. He has been extremely unbiased while handling this estate. Any time my mother had questions and she would reach out to Stewart she was immediately referred to her attorney Susan Forbes. Stewart went out of his way for the animals on my stepfathers estate when there was no alfalfa available and sent someone to feed the animals with his OWN alfalfa. He is fair and does everything by the book. He definitely went out of his way to help the animals in need of food and has shown extreme professionalism in everything he has handled thus far.

Wonderful group of people within this business. We dealt directly with Mr. Forbes; there are not enough good works in the dictionary to describe this wonderful man. When they say death brings out the worst in people I never believed it till now .Having to deal with the loss of my father and all that goes with it. Susan Forbes was and is a very amazing person and probate attorney. She represents me, the independent executor of my fathers estate. She doesn't represent the estate itself but me personally as the independent executor. Susan Forbes in no way closed the estate nor did she cancel compliance court. Only the court can cancel compliance court once all legal documents are submitted to the court by their due date. we have met all court required deadlines. She has been in communication through the entire legal process. She has been slandered repeatedly by my sister via email and now through this review. The judge told my sister, Allene Helmick, when she was at the court hearing, that Susan Forbes does not represent her and that she was more than welcome to hire an attorney for herself. Allene was notified by myself when court was which is why she was at the original court date. Which has been the only court hearing to date. Susan Forbes is exactly the type of lawyer any client would be pleased to represent them in court. She takes the burden of family drama and continues to be classy and professional.
