I could not be happier with the experience I’ve had working with Jana Foreman. From the time I had my first consultation with her, to the final custody orders hearing 2 years later, she has always been a straight-shooter and consummate professional. As a man, people made many negative comments upon hearing that I wanted to pursue primary custody of my young son. In the eyes of everyday people, there was no way a man could win in family court, especially not in Texas! Rather than sell me a dream and take my money, Jana and I had real talks about the process and challenges I would face. I took her advice and documented everything in an organized way and paid close attention to detail in hopes that she’d be able to have the strongest case possible. From the very first temporary custody order to the final custody order, it took 2 years and boy did Jana deliver! Each time she proved to be very knowledgeable of family law and very clever in cross-examination. I’d like to also point out that she was the only attorney I worked with, while my son’s mother blew through 4. My family and I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Jana.
