HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I contacted this law firm about a potential employee discrimination case about a week ago and not only was the front desk lady "Mara" rude, they treated you like this law firm was too good to serve you. When I initiated contact about a potential case, not only did she not seem to care about the info, she said she would send me a survey to see if I even have a potential case which is totally fine. Where things went south is when they were asking for a 350 consultation fee before even seeing if you have a case. That was a huge red flag from the moment I reached out. So you’re telling me that I have to pay 350 bucks with out even knowing if I have a case?.What if you don’t have a case? You still have to pay that 350 consultation fee? In my eyes that’s robbery at its finest. Save your self the trouble and look elsewhere. No law firm is above nor better than a person simply looking for help.

I had Mr. Rosenbaum represent me in court. We went to trial and Mr.Rosenbaum didnt even have to put me on the stand. Mr. Rosenbaum pointed out to the court that the prosecutor did not get sufficient facts on the record and did not meet its burden.
