Yo siempre me siento bienvenida cuando voy a su oficina. Sus dos asistentes ayudan bastante también y son muy amigables. Todas ellas me hace sientes segura, querida, y comoda para serles preguntas sin sentirme juzgada. No tengo ningún comentario negativo hacia Fulenchek Law. My family and I have been a clients of Megan for approximately 6 years she has handled numerous immigration cases for family and friends and has done an amazing job. She is extremely professional and caring, she puts herself in the clients shoes and goes above and beyond her job. She is patient and will answer all questions even if they are repetitive lol ! Don't waste your time or money. Haven't heard back from her in years & can't even return my emails or calls. She has an assistant that has no clue what is going on and not helpful at all. She wont fight for you and just takes the easy way out. Once the divorce occurred she said we are no longer a client of her but she never fought for spousal support or even talked to the judge about this. she painted a really pretty picture in the beginning but at the end did the minimum job and ran away with our money. no spousal support or alimony, NONE. When i told her we were not happy with her service she brushed it off and said we are not a client anymore. Everyone here is rude, go somewhere else. Plus at the moment I heard she is no longer an attorney for family law... WONDER WHY.

Waste time and money if you looking for a divorce attorney!!! I pretty much had to do everything for myself. She just a lawyer who can help you file a immigration lawyer! She would tell you everything is fine and we gonna win the case. But she didn’t prepare a dam thing for the court. When you see other divorce attorney. You would see how weak Fulenchek is. She can’t defence you as her client. She doesn’t return any emails , phone calls and messages . But when is time to pay her fee. Oh yea, she will contact you. When the case is lost and done. She just show her pity face oh so sorry. I was thinking you didn’t even fought hard for me at all. My biggest mistakes to went to her!!!!

My sister was so stressed about DACA ending with Trump in office and she was looking for another way towards citizenship. Maegen has so much knowledge/experience in immigration that she didn’t even hesitate when my sister came to her for help. The same day she already had a plan! Thank you Maegen for your hard work ! The process was stressful as I’m sure it is for everyone dealing with immigration issues but she put work into it and we noticed giving us a sense of relief that someone actually cared.
