My experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this office for immigration services. I submitted all required information within the first week and paid the full fee upfront. Despite this, all I received were incomplete and poorly prepared drafts of my immigration forms. Throughout the process, there were no meaningful updates—only constant excuses and dismissive or unprofessional responses when I asked for clarity. The attorney repeatedly missed her own deadlines, and after over a month of no progress, she suddenly dropped my case, citing "lack of compatibility" without a clear explanation. It’s now been over a month since she abandoned my case, and I have yet to receive any communication or update about a refund.

Kudos to my Immigration Attorney, Joshua Effron whose wise counsel was always on point. He handled my inquiry from day one and was very knowledgeable, easily accessible via phone and email. My journey was an arduous one from L1-B Work Visa, then L1-B Extension and finally L1-B to EB1-C Employer Sponsored Permanent Residency. At each juncture, I was subjected to a demoralizing, stomach churning Request for Evidence (RFE) but undaunted, Josh reviewed, collated, indexed and submitted our responses to approval every time. I was also rather unlucky to be shortlisted in the DV-2015 Green Card Lottery but for the first time in the program's History my case number range was never called and hence did not become current due to a new automated system that gave me the royal shaft! Fortunately, my Employer was adamant to keep me running the US operations for good and we utilized the EB1-C provisions. Moreover, most would approach this seldom successful L1-B to EB1-C transition with immense trepidation as typically L1-B upgrades to L1-A then EB1-C but Josh was confident we had a solid case with sound rationale and supporting evidence from my prior duties abroad. On 05/05/17, I received my Green Cards for my entire family and could not be happier to have engaged the services of an Attorney and Law Firm with the acumen, experience and proven expertise to produce the desired results. Keep up the great work Josh and will definitely recommend his services.
