They claim they’re the best law firm in the country, but can’t even return a phone call called two different lawyers there about United health group and OptumRx. There’s a reason the executive got killed. But this company Gibbs law firm. I found them because they suited him before. Can’t even return a phone call wow useless.

WHAT A JOKE!! I regret choosing these people for my legal needs. From the outset, the experience was fraught with issues like lack of communication or no communication whatsoever since they don't even bother calling people back. They don't even have a receptionist or a secretary to answer their phones. Only live operators are an answering service for the Pasadena fires. Gee I wonder why?? So clearly this shows unprofessional behavior. I can only imagine how they would represent me as a client. Ethical Concerns is probably not their concern since they are looking for grandslam cases. The experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused significant stress during an already challenging time. I strongly advise others to seek legal representation elsewhere!! You can even see other people posting similar reviews on here sharing the same issues and problems that I have indicating. These people are clearly not someone I want in my corner!!

I used this firm for a recent lawsuit and they far exceeded my expectations. The communication was great the entire time, given I had a larger case and there were some delays but any time there was an update or I had a question it was addressed withing 24 hours. My attorney, Amy Zeman, was a pleasure to work with and she was very considerate of my schedule, we had to do a few "after hours" Zoom meetings and calls but time was never an issue. I also had an additional medial appointment for my case and Amy contacted me before the visit, a representative from the office met me there to ensure I wasn't asked to discuss anything I was not suppose to, and I also got confirmation from her after my appointment. My results were FAR ABOVE what I expected and I cannot recommend this group, and Amy, enough.

I can’t begin to describe how amazing Rosanne has been over the period of the last few months on her communication with getting back to me, keeping me up to date with all the info, and just plain being a nice person. That’s truly hard to find these days and I just came here to express my gratitude for all of her time and help. Thank you again and I appreciate it.

This law firm handled the class action lawsuit against Hyundai (Engine Failure). Unfortunately, I didn't get the engine replacement for even after Hyundai sent me an email saying that affected vehicles are eligible for necessary repairs under the campaign regardless of mileage. (See pic). Hyundai said that I missed the December 27th deadline, when the date on their response clearly says July 11th. I requested help from them in July 2016. I was also told that I was over the mileage. I was told something different every time that I called Hyundai, so I gave up. The law office was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They gave me numbers to call and advice. Sadly, Hyundai still refused to repair my engine. SMH
