I had a very distressing experience with this firm. They initially took my case involving the abuse of my infant child at KinderCare daycare in Gilbert on Germann. After that, communication became extremely inconsistent. I attempted to contact Ursula multiple times and was repeatedly told she would call me back, but I never received a return call. The day before Thanksgiving, I received a generic email from an assistant stating that the firm had decided not to move forward with my case. After emailing the assistant several times, I was eventually asked to provide my phone number so Ursula could contact me. I did so, but I never received a call. I later emailed Ursula directly, explaining the emotional distress this situation caused and asking for an explanation as to why the case was dropped after months of being held. I have yet to receive any response. Having your infant abused is already deeply traumatic. Being left without communication, then dismissed through a generic email months later, compounded that trauma. Regardless of the decision, the lack of communication and empathy was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Ursula guidance throughout my son case which is was very complicated and I had another lawyer had to cancel it because I don't feel comfortable with that lawyer I choose her because first time I met her I felt that she is Angel of my life and my son life she make me so comfortable all the way I said okay I am going to cancel other lawyer and I feel you're the one can help us and she promised me she's going to do her best and she did Their professionalism and dedication to my Sun case were impressive, and I appreciate their effective communication and attentive service. Ms Ursula is amazing! In our first meeting Ms Ursula took her time and patiently reviewed all details I put together to support my case. Just want to thank Ursula so much!
