In the 10-ish months that I had these guys as my law firm representing me with my divorce, I had 3 different lawyers, the last one only as a "consultant in law" since he didnt actually work for the firm. The first lawyer left the firm after me being there a week, and the second left the firm about 7-8-ish months later, however, there was almost no contact with the second lawyer. I think in the 7-8 months he was my lawyer, I had like maybe 3 phone calls (although I really only remember the "meet and greet" but I'll be liberal with my estimations) and like 8 emails? it really didnt feel like I was a priority or that I was well looked after. When he left, I got the consultant in law, or whatever they called him, and he communicated nicely, one to two phone calls a week, but kept saying he wasnt going to litigate, only here for the settlement. Every time I asked a question about what I wanted in terms of spousal support or property division, he made it sound like I was unreasonable for even asking. It also felt like he was listening to defend, instead of listening to understand. At the end of the day, I got fed up because it really felt like he was on the side of opposing counsel. It didnt matter what I wanted to do, he just wanted to settle. So I ousted the firm and decided to look for other representation. I have no idea if this represents the quality of the rest of the lawyers or not. The rest might be great people and lawyers, too bad that wasnt my experience with this firm.
