I was very happy having Gregg Gibbs as my attorney. I was not guilty for that which I was charged, and found myself in need of the best defense attorney that I could find. Please do not use this office. All they do is steal your money. They tell you up front that they won’t need all the retainer, but in the end, they take it all and do nothing. If my daughter needed any information, she had to be the one that had to reach out. They charge for things that they never did. Divorce has been finalized for 6 months but the paralegal just kept using the money until they almost ran out. $3500 for nothing but a waste. My daughter is getting a refund of $135 for that office to do nothing but give her the run around. Never heard from the attorney the whole time it was going on. Should have fired them first time they never communicated with her.

Highly recommend Gregg Gibbs as your attorney. They made what was a stressful situation go as smoothly as I could have hoped for. Keeping me updated every step of the way. Everyone in the office I communicated with was super friendly made the whole situation a lot easier. I had heard a few good things about Gregg from the few happy customers he has had. Gregg may be an OK lawyer but his paralegal is horrible and I found that out too late. I found several other men that feel the same about her attitude and work. She lies to Gregg about what you say and how you say it then denies what she said in return. sometimes people just cant ger along and i get that. what makes this so bad is he never had to show up at a court date , did very little for me and claims to have blown through a whole $5,000 retainer when he was released. I was sent over a crazy summery of charges. I would steer clear of this man and his help. cant wait to see what lies he post in his reply.

We were influenced by reviews and therefore wanted to add ours here to help those of you searching to make a better decision than we did. Our case had to do with obtaining managing conservatorship over our grandchildren after a tragic car accident killed our daughter. We tried to handle the legal filings ourselves through the court, but the judge advised us to get a lawyer to better handle the complexities. We searched online and selected this law firm mainly due to its dealings with the designated courthouse and reviews. Once we met with the attorney, he said all the right things that made us feel like the case would have the urgency that we felt. We signed the paperwork and sent in our retainer so we could get started right away. From that point on it was a nightmare. Specifically, the issues consisted of little to no communication unless we initiated it, egregious mistakes on paperwork, unprofessionalism and no urgency. Once we realized this, we decided it was not working and fired them. We even sent the lawyer a list of constructive criticism based on our experience to help them with future clients. He completely dismissed it and even said that was not the way he saw things. In fact, after obtaining zero results on our case this firm charged us almost the entire retainer! Yes, that’s right and in hindsight it really felt like they only wanted to bill every penny they could instead of focusing on completing the case. We are grandparents just trying to do the right thing for our grandkids and feel taken advantage of. This is why we wanted to get our experience out there as a warning to those of you searching for a firm to handle your case. We made a terrible choice here and don’t want you to do the same. We have retained a new firm and could not be happier as the experience has been a night and day difference. I only wish we would have started there and not had to go through this nightmare and complete waste of money and time.

Nothing but good things to say about Mr. Gibbs and Darla! Darla was very sweet with me when I first called them. I was scared and didn’t know what to do and she was patient and talked me through the process. Mr. Gibbs was straight forward and fought for my son’s rights! It was very calming knowing he was in our corner. Thank you Mr. Gibbs for giving us control of our lives back! We will never forget you!
