So far they have proposed fraudulent contact information about me in order to allow deadlines to push for default judgements. Purposely "sending" important documents to an address they confirmed i no longer resided… and only sending copies after My time expired to respond to the notices that were never legally served. Forged signature on a contract with entity that I never signed with. They used it in a debt dispute but never presented it to the court. So far these guys are a bunch of bullies! They prey on those who cant defend themselves with shady tactics. CANT SUE OVER A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT YOU NEVER SIGNED. Plus the contract is an adhesion contract at best. Will fight back and report them to the appropriate channels.
