Worst experience ever, never called and kept up to date as promised, never returned a single phone call, promised they had done this before and knew what they were doing. Ignored me for a year, took 4 months to finally reach Darlene and she tells me that it was denied and they cant do anything for me with no explanation and no call from the attorney to explain why they wasted a year of my time. I asked Darlene several times if she was sure about this and she repeatedly answered don't worry, no problem. Never did get to see or talk to the actual attorney. In my opinion, if you need an attorney and want to be treated like a person, do not use Chris Hamblen injury law, they cant be trusted to do what they say they are going to do. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
