I was attacked by a 90 lb Pitbull on October 11th of last year while walking my clients 4 mth old puppy. I was bitten several times suffering a fractured bone in my left hand, as well as several other traumatic physical injuries. And although they may heal in time I'm still dealing with several surgeons in regards to trying to repair the physical damage, the emotional and psychological trauma that I'm dealing with may never heal. When I first contacted Harding and Mazzotti back in October of last year I was told that they would be there for me and my time of need. And because I was on the job at the time of the attack I not only had a third party personal injury lawsuit but a worker's compensation case that Harding and Mazzotti was supposed to be helping me with. As far as the third party lawsuit goes I had only heard from the attorney's representing me in that case a couple of times prior to today (Friday the 13th) when they called to tell me that they were declining to pursue the case any further. Because the apartment complex where it happened was denying the lawsuit (Big surprise there), and because the owners of the Pitbull had no renters insurance, which they were required to have as part of their lease.
