My family and I have received letters from these attorneys. First I had to do research to even get a phone number . When I finally got a number it goes straight to voice mail. In 3 weeks Jessica Hatcher has not returned one phone call. Today, I finally decided to see if this office or attorneys even exist. I got the answering service. They sent me to her voice mail. I called back and found out 2 of the attorneys in that supposed office left the firm a longtime ago. What kind of law firm is this, that tries to bully people with all kinds of legal documents that can't be answered. I my personal opinion, not a very good one. I am in Nevada and this is the first time I have heard of these people. I hope to find out at some point what they want. Jessica D. Hatcher You have my number and so does you answering service. I didn't leave my number on Rebecca's answering machine because I felt it would be futile. I would never work with these people. In my opinion they are simply a couple of opportunist paria.

We spoke with Stacey Spivey attorney. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She took time to answer our questions and explained things so that we could understand our different options. The office staff was polite and welcoming.

I'd like to give this law firm the benefit of the doubt but so far its been more then rude. We are a charity who wrote them asking them to consider possibly doing some free work for us. After 4-6 unreturned voicemails we finally got ahold of someone who mumbled that they were to busy and not interested. I then asked if any lawyer within their firm of 30 or so lawyers could help us and we would pay their regular rates as no business is obligated to do something as a donation. They treated us with the oddest behavior rushing us off the phone and insisting that we had already talked with them and just acting weird. I would like to think this firm is ethical and not just towards the rich but their behavior has been far from normal or ethical at least in their dealings with us.
