Hello Prenup

My experience with Hello Prenup was excellent. The price was competitive with other law firms I contacted, and the timeline was much quicker. The questionnaire format to create the documents was very easy to follow and we were able to work collaboratively to create a cohesive agreement before we even got the lawyers involved. We upgraded to have a full meeting with lawyers and that was super helpful to get our questions answered and being able to customize our agreement from what was originally created. They were also able to work on the same agreement at the same time which streamlined the back-and-forth process of creating one document. We also used the virtual notary which was extremely helpful and very easy to maneuver. I feel like we have a solid prenuptial agreement that didn't require months to create and am very happy.

Hello Prenup was easy to use with everything set up in step-by-step segments that included written explanations and videos. We were able to save our progress and take our time completing it. They also provided access to get our completed form notarized online, without having to print it and take it in anywhere. We chose not to use a lawyer for help, but that’s an option as well. The one hiccup we experienced was during the notarization process. We kept getting a "timed out" message and had to start that process over several times and then got an error when trying to connect with the notary. We finally got connected when we switched from using a tablet to a laptop.

My fiancée and I absolutely loved Hello Prenup! HP made the process so easy and asked us a lot of great questions that we had thought about in terms of our financial future, and some we hadn't! While we were pretty well prepared with how we wanted to handle our prenup, the explanations and granular details that HP looks for made us had really valuable conversations again to make sure we were on the same page. When we ran out of time to get to a notary before our wedding, their access to an on-demand, online notary service was clutch. Best part was that it cost a fraction of what other people we know have spent on their prenups, and we have full faith that in the off-chance we need to use it, that it will mark our path forward in a difficult time with ease.

I was delighted to discover that Hello Prenup presents the overall process in a way that's easy to understand, with an intuitive framework that enabled us to set up our prenup in an evening. We used their notary service as well. Definitely recommended.

Ease of use. My attorney walked me through everything so I knew understood what I was signing. Online notary was more than helpful. The entire process was very efficient. Oh and we saved a lot of money. Great product.

The process was smooth and seamless. We had conferred with attorneys prior to drafting this document and were in agreement with all of our reasons for putting language in place to define and declare our intentions to preserve property for children’s inheritance as well as for our new property acquisitions. We found the online step by step instructions to be well written and very clear. The only hiccup came about in scheduling a review by an attorney as we only had 24 hours after completing the document and getting married. Since there was no way to use this added service, we requested refunds of that add on and the refund was promptly processed. This was a great experience
