Justin Prybutok was an amazing lawyer in a very difficult case which crossed state lines and utilized UCCJEA laws. He was able to get the unsubstantiated allegations dropped, have the two judges communicate and send the case back to home state where I had legal sole custody. He and the lawyer I had in New Mexico worked together diligently to establish jurisdiction and prove that it was an end run around custody. He utilized a new precedent from a case that was just ruled on that week to substantiate his claim. Justin is superior in his abilities as a lawyer, abreast of all current laws. He does his research and is clear when he is asking for supportive materials and documentation. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. His compassion during the case and utilizing associates at Henderson, Caverly and Pum showed he was willing to put in the extra effort. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend.
