This law firm and employees are very unprofessional, have poor communication, and do not pay attention to details. They are extremely overpriced for the little work they do and charge for any little service, even if it is an error on their end. There are multiple times I would not hear from my attorney for days, sometimes over a week despite being told I would hear back sooner. I had asked for child support to be addressed many times before it was, which was over 4 months. I was told what was being done was "not an option." I was also told my decision not to sign during a meditation was a "good power move." This is not a game. This is my life. I did call and speak to the Lisa, another attorney at the firm, about my concerns. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say. She wouldn't even consider looking into my concerns about her colleagues. She said I "I didn't hear what I wanted to hear," and that is why I was upset. She also informed me that most of the charges I had on my last invoice were "not needed." When I informed her I would be filing a complaint, she said, "Do what you need to do." I can not believe I have rude and uncaring these people. I don't know how they live with themselves, knowing they are doing what they do.
