I only gave one star because zero stars isn't a option we had Sumrall for our GAL and at first we thought he understood us and wanted what's best for our kiddo & then he totally flipped the script on us and didn't even care what our kid wanted. Didn't get to know us.. we lost our case because of this and still dealing with our kid wanting more time with us because we werent granted it but we have our other two kids 50/50. But come to find out Mender law firm and them work together to win each other cases and not in it for the kid. I could understand if we were danger for our kid but we're not we honestly just wanted more time with him and he wanted more time to spend with his other siblings and they did not care! Now we still deal with our kid being sad and wonder why he's not allowed to stay like his siblings 50/50.

I only rated him a star because negative stars aren’t an option. For starters, Ben didn’t listen to hardly anything we had to say about our case; He talked and rambled for most of the time my family and I were in his office and hardly answered any questions we had. He didn’t care to learn about the smaller facts in the case and completely ignored any of the concerns my husband and I had. When he found out who his opposing lawyer was he bragged about what a great lawyer the other guy was and didn’t even want to argue in the case and basically gave us advice to just take what we can and not fight the case any further. I strongly advise not choosing Ben Hermann for any family lawsuits period.

Erin VanSolen is such a great lawyer when it comes to civil matters. I definitely don't mind paying her my money for her service and to be on my side. And everyone else in that office is awesome.

Went into Mr. Herrmanns office this week and was not impressed at all.. It was 430 in the afternoon so he acted as though we we're just a bother and he was ready to be home.. He didnt listen to hardley anything we had to say about our case, didnt make eye contact as we we're telling him what we needed help with.. He made it seem like we we're just ignorant, when we we're there trying to figure out what we needed to do next legally.. And his card says his fee is $65.. Amd we we're charhed $75 for half an hour of nothing but 2 printed papers..
