Statement Regarding Attorney Carl Senior I retained Attorney Charlie Senior to represent me in a legal matter. He initially agreed to handle the case for no more than $7,000. After our agreement, he unexpectedly attempted to charge me an additional $3,000, raising the total cost to $10,000, contrary to what was originally discussed. Additionally, Mr. Senior was unprofessional in his conduct and failed to notify me properly regarding one of my cases, resulting in a negative outcome without giving me the opportunity to defend myself. Based on my experience, I found that Mr. Senior was not transparent or upfront about his fees or his communication. I would caution others to ensure all terms are clearly documented before working with him.

Dealing with an absolute nightmare spoke with the attorney was feeling absolutely confident. Only trying to clarify details considering the magnitude of this case. And after agreeing to pay full price for a consultation. And the inability of the staff to either be patient, Though they could communicate well but lacked patience, compared to the other employee who had immense patience but but was unable to speak good english. After committing to a time and a date for a consultation to pay a front. This lawyer reneged on his commitment and made it clear to me.He was no longer interested in representing me after already expressing compassion and desire to help. Heed with Caution!!! Be as shrewd as snakes while innocent as doves. You can reach your own conclusion.However, as far as I'm concerned, this firm is the epitome of a Wolf In sheep's clothing

I had called this office and Charles Hodum helped me out with some legal issues in the past. I had some new legal issues I was hoping I could get resolved but I called the office and left several messages with the secretary. Nobody ever called me back. I guess my legal business was not important enough for his time. I will never call this office back. I will find someone else that care of my legal business. I guess I thought this office was good but times have changed. I will not recommend this office or attorney to anyone.

Charles Hodum has been the best lawyer I could ask for. I have used this firm since 2012. And as a career military wife, I have come in contact with lawyers in different states and Charles has been the most knowledge lawyer who doesn't make me feel like a stupid person with all the questions I can ask and he will explain in plain old English and not in 6 inch words. Others in his office are always friendly and helpful. Audrey and young Charles are the other 2 lawyers and they are great. I would recommend this office to all. They know the laws in Tennessee and Mississippi backward and forward. This law firm is just plain old GREAT. P. S. They can be awful funny, too.
