It was a relief to talk to somebody that I felt had my best interest in mind. When Nathalie Jackson answered the phone, she was very courteous. Then she he reviewed my claim and told me straight up the facts of the situation. While previous before, I talked to other attorney offices that would only tell me what was or wasn't favorably part of their narrative. she then called me back to explain the answer to another question I had after attorney Howe finished up a meeting he was currently in. Where do I start? After my wreck on Halloween 2022, I hired Howe Law firm to make sure the at-fault party insurance would not persuade me to take very little. They took over and guided me and all was going well. On December 10, less than 2 months later, I was jolted at work and had to go on Worker's comp. That placed a damper on my wreck suit. Nathalie and Kevin told me it will prolong my case and explained how and why. They gave what advice they were able to because they were not WC attorneys. They led me to where I needed to go for advice and assistance. With other issues that have developed, they have been so helpful and patient with my frustrations and tears and all other feelings I have had. Then, today, I received a call from Lori asking how things are and how I was doing. Kevin has sent emails. They have worked hard trying to do their job when so much had gotten in their way. It was a tough one , but we got through it. I recommend them highly for the little extras they did....meaning advice and explaining what the other issues meant and how to find the help. I couldn't have survived the wreck suit, Worker's Comp suit and an Unemployment Appeal without their help telling me to go to the Dept of Labor for assistance and filing claims. OMG, My favorite team has done it again! Lori and Kevin B. have been taken such good care of me. From beginning to end they they were on it and handled every single thing for me.
