My nephew passed away, and we wanted him buried next to my father, his grandfather, who he loved dearly. A step person in the family wouldn't give his consent. With Daniel's help and expertise, we had to open my father's estate and go to court. The judge granted our request, and it was court-ordered that we can bury my nephew next to my father. Nick Christiansen was amazing to work with! We are from Ohio and had to come down to Tennessee to get all of the paperwork switched over from an estate that had been closed for years. Communication was excellent and he scheduled court hearings for the time we could make it there. Their office building is beautiful and so convenient being on the square. I know nothing about legal terms and he explained everything so I had a good understanding. Highly recommend!
