Jourdan was incredibly helpful in helping me make a needed adjustment to my status. There were delays by USCIS in providing a receipt notice which could have impeded my travel plans, but Jourdan worked diligently to coordinate with USCIS and help me ensure I maintain my status and be able to travel as I needed to. A very scratchy company! I needed my naturalization paper to be replace. A scheduler called back told me a 1st visit fee of $40 just to speak to them of getting my paper replace. Told her what is the total cost for this replacement. She said have to come in for the 1st visit then they will tell me more. This has to do with government stuff but had a feeling of weird under the table services for my experience. Would not recommend anyone to come here.

We spoke to Jourdan - she was very helpful, knowledgeable & patient in helping us to understand our case (I-485) and in recommending legal options for us to consider. Good overall experience - would highly recommend!
