As a US military service member, it shames me to have had such a horrible experience. The guards there weren’t helpful at all. I had simple questions that they were unable to answer and told me to call a phone line that provided no help as well. Then I came back in because I told them I had a specific issue that I knew immigration could answer, and they yelled at me, while I was in uniform and told me that they can’t help me and to leave and call the line until I am helped. What a great way to treat those who serve this way. I can only imagine what it’s like for new comers to this country. Sad, very sad.

The people that work here are so rude so disrespectful they basically yell at you and are not of any help what so ever you can't even ask then a question they just tell you go sit down and if you are with family they won't allow you to be in there they should put up a sign and nicely ask you to leave not rudely kick you out .it's a very poor representation for people that are new to the USA 0 stars
