Worst communication with clients and their own staff. I started the process with this law firm for my dad’s case (his residency) because all I needed was for them to guide me for the interview and to help me gather all the documents I needed for my dad’s appointment in Ciudad Juarez. When my dad went to the appointment he got a blue paper saying that there was documentation missing and needed to be uploaded. I called the office right away and the lawyer was not available to speak. His staff said that they would call me as soon as possible. Take into consideration that we were paying for a hotel In Juarez because we are not from there. NOBODY EVER CALLED ME. I HAD TO RETURN TO DENVER FROM JUAREZ TO GO TO THE OFFICE IN PERSON AND LEFT MY DAD IN MEXICO. When I showed up to the office desperate because I needed to know what to do next, they couldn’t help me and made me make an appointment even though it was an emergency. I was so upset and disappointed because they are dealing with people’s lives. They should have better sense of urgency for people that are at their appointment and need help immediately because this could be the difference in your visa approval. Also, the information that they needed to submit to the consulate was in their hands the whole time but because they cannot communicate I had to mail the documents myself due to them taking multiple days to submit the documents. You should never be in a position where you don’t know what to do when you paid a lot of your hard earned money for a lawyer. La peor comunicación con los clientes y sus propios empleados. Empecé el proceso con esta oficina de abogados para el caso de mi papá (su residencia) porque todo lo que necesitaba era que me guiaran para la entrevista y me ayudaran a reunir todos los documentos que necesitaba para la cita de mi papá en Ciudad Juárez. Cuando mi papá fue a la cita, recibió un papel azul que decía que faltaba documentación y que había que someterla por internet. Saliendo de la entrevista llamé a la oficina de inmediato y el abogado no estaba disponible para hablar. Sus empleados me dijeron que me llamarían lo antes posible. Tomen en cuenta que estábamos pagando un hotel en Juárez porque no somos de ahi. NADIE NUNCA ME LLAMÓ. TUVE QUE REGRESAR A DENVER DESDE JUAREZ PARA IR A LA OFICINA EN PERSONA Y DEJE A MI PAPÁ EN MÉXICO. Cuando llegué a la oficina desesperada porque necesitaba saber qué era lo siguiente que necesitabamos hacer, no pudieron ayudarme y me hicieron hacer una cita a pesar de que era una emergencia. Estaba tan triste y decepcionada porque literalmente están lidiando con la vida de las personas. Deberían tener mas urgencia para las personas que están en su cita y necesitan ayuda de inmediato porque esto podría hacer la diferencia en la aprobación de su visa. Además, la información que necesitaban enviar al consulado estuvo en sus manos todo el tiempo, pero debido a que no saben comunicarse entre ellos, tuve que enviar los documentos por correo debido a que tardaron varios días en enviarlos. Uno nunca debe estar en una posición en la que no sepamos qué hacer cuando pagamos una gran cantidad de dinero que dificilmemte uno se gana para pagar un abogado.

YO SIEMPRE ME ASEGURABA DE TENER TODO LO QUE PENSABA QUE ME ESTABAN PIDIENDO Y AL TIEMPO CORRESPONDIENTE. ARTURO JIMENEZ SOLO ME COBRABA CADA VEZ QUE TENIA QUE MANDAR LA FORMA PARA RETOMAR EL CASO Y NUNCA ME DIJO QUE HABIA OTROS RECURSOS PARA YO PODER ARREGLAR MI VISA. ESTE ABOGADO NO LE INTERESA AYUDAR SOLO LE INTERESA HACERSE MILLONARIO.
