If you’re reading this review there’s likely a reason for it. Contact the Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct, to file a complaint. This should include any and all instances of contradictory orders (verbal vs written), ill temperament, failure to observe judicial guidelines, bias against pro se litigants and/or tenants. You are not at the singular mercy of this incompetent judge. If you’ve gotten this far, that you’re in court and assessing or questioning this judge, then you certainly possess the capabilities to continue to fight your cause. And you deserve to do so. The courts are for everyone to seek resolution. Don’t let this toddler junior judge dissuade you from that fact. File motions, get everything in writing, then appeal and complain as appropriate. You are not wrong in what you’re suffering with this judge. Good luck, from a stranger who received excellent relief once I complained to the right people.
