J. D. Williamson Mediation & Dispute Resolution

Terrible service. The man answered my phone call with a simple "hello." He then proceeded to tell me that I could not call and schedule a mediation appointment between the ex and me because normally lawyers do so. I stated that the X and I have mediated many times and never did we bring our lawyers to the session. He claims that he's not used to talking to the individuals needing the mediation. Very unfriendly gentleman he ended up hanging up on me because I shot him a date and he asked if the ex was OK with that date and I said no not yet since I haven't found out if it's OK with you first. It strikes me unusual that a man in the business of mediation couldn't even mediate his way through a simple phone call concerning scheduling! #newlineofwork
