Filed for a divorce in August 2021. Contacted the attorney in November for an update and was told that he did not have all the forms from the other party. After all the paperwork was received he sent an email to inform that everything was received and filed. After 60 days I contacted the court to inquire about the status only to find out that it was not yet filed. Contacted attorney Richardson and was told that he had not received my payment. I in turn sent him proof of payment via email. He apologized and stated that he would expedite payment that day. This was in March. Same occurrence happened in April. I called today, May 5th, and was told for a 3rd or 4th time that my paperwork was on file but was pending payment. I am beyond disappointed with my experience with this attorney. This is so unacceptable!
