TLDR, Jack Cote is a spectacular realtor, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! We had a tricky out of state move with a constrained timeline, which we thought was going to be very stressful. After interviewing several realtors, we finally found Jack, and knew from our first conversation that he was a cut above the rest! Jack helped us narrow down our list of 25-30 homes down to a top 3 by the time we came up to Reno for in-person showings. His video tours are tremendously helpful for remote buyers, or even busy buyers that don’t have the time to look at every single house. I have re-watched the tour he did for us on our final choice dozens of times. He points out flaws and features we would not have noticed or even thought to look for. This was our fourth home purchase, and even with the long-distance component, was by far the least stressful. We’ve worked with and interviewed a lot of realtors over the years as buyers and sellers, and Jack is easily the most knowledgeable we have had, with tons of practical, experienced advice. Jack’s team and network made the inspections and closing coordination a breeze, so smooth we were even able to move up the closing date! Our total process from initial call to closing date was exactly 7 weeks, which is about half as long as our others have taken, not to mention half as stressful. To top that off, he’s just a really nice guy, and does extra things like collect boxes after you’re done moving to pass along to another client who needs them – so thoughtful! He has continued to help us coordinate repairs and improvements for us after the sale, making yet another aspect of our move easier. Jack will be the only guy we will call next time!

I've worked with several realtors over the years, and honestly, I've never found one I'd want to use again. Next time I need a realtor, I already know exactly who I'm calling.
