Terrible service. Called 6/13 for intake and said they would get back to me. Nothing for a week. Called again and secretary said a lawyer was on the phone and would get back to me later that day. Never got a call. Called a third time and was told a lawyer was reviewing my info and would get back. Again, never received a call back. If they are too busy, just say so but don't bs me.

James Trauring & Associates is a friendly, clean and fast responding law firm. I seeked this law firm for help with my newly denied SSI case. I've been made aware of all the steps taken, up to my fair hearing. I definitely recommend James Traurings office if you need any legal advice or help with disability cases. I am glad I had them for my case!

Called for a consultation, took all my information and said they would pass it onto a lawyer and they would call me back. Never got a call back. I would look elsewhere for representation.
