John Prior Law Office: Prior John

I have observed John Prior in court as a solo defense attorney. He is often rude and seems to be off-putting for the jury. He might do much better on smaller cases. I hope he will be able to learn more about modern day technology. If he would carefully listen to the correct pronunciation of technical terms then he would be more effective. Otherwise, he might be more effective if he accepts only cases that he could settle out of court. Part 2 At the sentencing phase of Chad Daybell's trial, I was completely disappointed in Mr. Prior. This is a critical time for the attorney to encourage his client to have a sliver of remorse. Everyone was waiting for something but not even a peep was uttered. I don't mean that he needed to confess after being convicted by the jury. But at the very least, some type of empathy would have gone a long way! This would probably take a lot of coaching to convince Chad about how important a statement would be for the large number of hurting people. This attorney was definitely a failure in my opinion. And I do give many reviews but I avoid negative reviews, however, I feel like this review is necessary to advise others when they are looking to hire an attorney.

I have not personally used Mr Priors services however he seems like a very good attorney. We should not be leaving negative reviews as spectators of a trial he is being defense on. Though we have our feelings about his defendant, John Prior seems like he will do everything in his power to prepare and defend. A criticisms: a better less condescending tone at pertinent times. Treating a witness as hostile can be done without the condescending tone. Think Jose Bias. In our great country we thankfully still have the right to face our accusers and defend ourselves against allegations of breaking the law. And it's defense attorneys that get a bad wrap but are also super important. I've known some pretty amazing defense attorneys from Chicago and NW IN. and it's not an easy job.

I tell everyone, if I was ever in trouble I wish I could have John Prior defend me! I hate Chad, I’m talking about his defense.. I don’t know how he’s doing this alone! It’s amazing that he is, he’s highly intelligent and quick.. INCREDIBLE work John Prior, you need rest and a vacation after all this! Good wishes for you 💜👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I am impressed by Mr. Prior's excellent and meticulous work in representing his client. As a sole attorney, he poured his heart and soul into an uphill battle of a such high-profile case. He definitely showed professionalism, court decorum and a calm, composed and mature attitude in challenging moments. Congratulations on your outstanding work, Mr. Prior!

Whatever you may feel about John Prior as an attorney at least he has put on a vigorous defense and Chad can't go back later and say that he had ineffective counsel. He got the best defense he could possibly hope for. We can be glad of that. And after this we won't ever have to listen to his rude, bullying, condescending tone ever again.

I don’t judge a lawyer by their client(s) but rather their ability to do their job and I’m super impressed! He is doing a fantastic job defending Chad Daybell. I’m no fan of Chad but I respect the legal process and Prior is doing EXACTLY what a good defense attorney is required to do. If I needed a defense attorney, I’d want him on my side.

John Prior has been working on my case the past few years. I am so grateful for all he has done to represent me in my divorce/custody case. He works above and beyond expectations. He leads you through court with confidence and also helps you with the difficult times custody court brings. He is amazing in the courtroom and knows how to represent his clients in court.
